Ai-Petri

A mountain road above the sea. It runs along the coast, climbs tight hairpins to the plateau, crosses it on long bridges and winds back down. Fog fills the hollows, traffic shares the road, and signed dirt shortcuts cut straight down the slope between the hairpins.

   Tight bends stacked up the mountain, with guardrails where it matters.

   Blue signs mark dirt trails across the slope that skip a whole hairpin.

   Rock tunnels, and suspension bridges over the plateau.

   Eagles overhead, deer and sheep on the slopes.
