Questions

I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone

Progress is kept only on the device, so deleting the game deletes it too. Restore purchases (below) brings back what can be restored.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Shop ▸ Coins and tap Restore purchases at the bottom. It brings back No ads and the starter set. Coin packs are used up when bought, so the App Store can't restore them.

A purchase didn't arrive

Close the game fully, open it again and tap Restore purchases. If the coins still aren't there, write to me with the date and the order ID from Apple's receipt email. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I turn off ads?

The No ads purchase in the shop turns off the ads between runs. Videos you choose to watch for a reward stay available, and they're always optional.

How do I change the language?

Settings ▸ Language. The game switches straight away, with no restart.

My phone gets warm or the battery drains fast

Turn on Battery saver in Settings. It draws less grass and spray and makes the picture a little softer.

Game Center doesn't sign in

Game Center is optional. Sign in under iOS Settings ▸ Game Center, then open the game again.

How do I stop the reminders?

iOS Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Hill Route.

How do I turn off anonymous statistics?

Settings ▸ Anonymous statistics. With it off, the game sends nothing. The privacy policy says what it would send.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later.
