The Exclusion Zone, in four chapters: the Dytiatky checkpoint, Prypiat, the Duga radar and the Red Forest. Radiation hot spots lie on the road: crawl through one and the tank drains away, cross it fast and it hardly matters. A Geiger meter on screen fills as the dose climbs, and the phone ticks with it.
